Enrichly
Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026
Enrichly (“the app”, “we”) is a personal knowledge manager for links and notes, operated by Nir Segev. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: your saved content is yours, we don't sell data, and everything we collect exists to make the app work for you.
Data we collect
Account. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name, email). We use it to create and secure your account.
Your content. The links, notes, tags, and answers to in-app questions you save. This is the core of the product and is stored so you can access it across devices.
Usage signals. Which saved items and suggestions you open, save, or dismiss. These signals personalize your recommendations.
Purchases. If you subscribe to Enrichly Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple. We receive subscription status (not your payment details) via RevenueCat to unlock Pro features.
Analytics.Product analytics (Firebase Analytics) and session replay diagnostics (Microsoft Clarity) that help us fix problems and improve the app. These are pseudonymous — tied to an account identifier, never to your name or email. Analytics events never include the text of your links, notes, or tags. Session replays record how you move through the app and are masked by default. They show the titles of the links in your feed — including links other members share with you — and tag names, including shared tags created by other members and tags the app suggests for a link before you accept them. They do not show the contents of your notes, the text you type into search, or your account details. They do not show the web addresses of links we could not fetch a title for, or the images on your screen. Two things follow from how the app works: a title you type for a link yourself is shown, since it becomes that link's title; and because searching narrows your feed, the link titles left on screen while you search are visible in a replay. You can opt out any time in the app's settings.
Notifications. If you enable push notifications, a device token is stored to deliver them via Apple's push service.
How AI processing works
Enrichly's core features are AI-powered. To enrich a link you save or to generate personalized recommendations, relevant content — such as page titles you saved, your tags, and your stated preferences — is processed by Anthropic's Claude models under our API agreement. Anthropic does not use this API data to train its models.
To fetch titles, images, and product details for links you save, our servers retrieve the publicly available pages behind those links, in some cases via a content-retrieval provider (Bright Data). This involves the link URL, not your identity.
Google Drive (optional). If you connect Google Drive in the app's settings, Enrichly reads your 20 most recent Drive documents (PDFs and Google Docs) once to remember what they are, and again when one of them changes. Other Drive files are read only when you ask about them. For those 20 documents, their content is sent to Anthropic to build that index — once, and again when a document changes — without a question about them; files over 20 MB or 100 pages are skipped. Drive access is read-only — nothing is ever written to your Drive — and you can revoke it any time in the app's settings. Disconnecting deletes the copies and the index Enrichly kept from Drive.
Questions about long documents. When you ask the assistant about a document longer than 60 pages (from Enrichly or Google Drive), the whole document and your question are also processed by Google's Gemini models under our paid API agreement; Google does not use this API data to train its models. If Gemini is unavailable, the relevant pages are sent to Anthropic instead. To check the page references shown under an answer, Enrichly keeps the text of that document's pages; it is deleted when you delete the document, disconnect Google Drive (for Drive documents), or delete your account.
Where data is stored
Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database and file storage operated by Supabase. Access is protected by row-level security: each account can only read its own data, except content you explicitly place in a shared tag.
Sharing
Shared tags. If you share a tag, the links and notes under it are visible to the people who join that tag. Leaving or deleting a shared tag removes your access; the owner can delete it for everyone.
Service providers. We use a small set of processors to run the app: Supabase (database & auth), Anthropic (AI processing), Google Gemini (AI processing of long documents), Google Firebase (analytics), Microsoft Clarity (diagnostics), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple (payments and push delivery), and Bright Data (public page retrieval). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Your content is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual links, notes, and tags in the app at any time.
Deleting your account. Open the app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. This takes effect immediately: your profile, links, notes, tags, notifications, and any shared tags you own are deleted, your sign-in is deleted along with them, and if you signed in with Apple we revoke that connection too. Any images we had cached for your links are removed from our storage as part of the same deletion. It cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store under your Apple Account — subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, and deleting the account does not stop them.
If you can no longer access the app, email us at nirsegev@gmail.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Children
Enrichly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
